Pre-orders are a major part of our store, and we’ve always made it a priority to clearly communicate estimated arrival timelines before you check out.
Recently, we identified an issue where the Shop App is not displaying key product details the same way our website does, specifically our Pre-Order ETAs. This is a limitation within the Shop App itself, not a reflection of the information we provide on our site.
To ensure clarity moving forward, we are manually updating all listings so that Pre-Order ETAs appear at the very top of every product description, making them visible across both our website and the Shop App.
What this means for you
• All Pre-Order ETAs will now be clearly visible at the top of each product page
• Our website will always have the most complete product information
• Shop App may display a simplified version, but key details will still be included
About Pre-Order Timing
Pre-Order ETAs are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors. These timelines can shift, and updates are often limited until products are ready to ship.

In the cart screen, the Pre-Order ETA can be found on the product line. It now also asks your preference on shipping if you have Pre-Order & In Stock items in the cart.
