Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy:

  • We try to ship in-stock items within 2 business days. If expedited shipping is needed, please email us. 
  • Regarding free shipping, only 1 shipping charge is waived per qualifying order. If multiple shipments are required due to a combination of In-Stock and Pre-order, each additional shipment is at the customer's expense. Please see our Pre-Order Policy for details on Pre-order shipping. 
  • You will receive an initial confirmation email after purchase, and another notification when your order has shipped.
  • All products are new unless otherwise stated
  • We make every effort to provide you with a mint item, from box to model, by shipping with premium packaging and padding. However, please be aware we do not control the shipping process once the package is handed off to USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/Etc. 
  • We typically use USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. If you have a preference due to quality control, PO Box delivery or theft in your area, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate you. 
  • We will never downgrade your paid shipping option, however we reserve the right to UPGRADE your shipping as business need arises. 

Return Shipping Policy:

  • Kai's Kollectibles has a general 'All Sales Final' policy, however some exceptions may arise. In those cases:
  • Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Kai's Kollectibles. 
  • Shipping costs for the original order will be not be refunded. 
  • If the initial shipping cost was covered by Kai's Kollectibles via coupon or promotion, the full shipping cost of will be deducted from any merchandise refund. 

Lost/Stolen package:

  • Due to our current size, we are unable to take responsibility for porch pirates. If you have concerns, we are happy to ship with signature requests and additional insurance and an additional cost. Please message us at Info@KaisKollectibles.com for details. 

Damages Claims

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.
  • Claims reported outside this window may not be eligible for coverage.
  • Once a claim is initiated, timely responses from the buyer are required. Claims denied due to non-response cannot be reopened.

Re-Shipping Services

  • Please note customers who choose to use a third-party re-shipping or package forwarding service to receive orders outside of our service area do so at their own risk.
  • By using such a service, the buyer acknowledges that Kai's Kollectibles cannot verify or guarantee the quality of handling, packaging, or transit conditions beyond the original delivery point.
  • As a result, Kai's Kollectibles assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or condition issues that occur once the package has been accepted by a re-shipping service, and such orders are not eligible for damage claims or refunds related to shipping.

Disputes and Resolutions

  • We stand behind every order. If you have any concern about your item, including condition, description, or missing pieces. Please contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and directly, and reaching out first gives us the opportunity to make it right for you.
