Welcome to Kai's Kollectibles.

I guess we should start with, "What motivated you to sell diecast?"
Kai has been a car fanatic ever since his first time watching the Fast and Furious; he's loved the cars, Dom and Brian. Kai would lay out his Hot Wheels, pretend his stuffed animals were Dom and Brian and disappear with our phones to amateur direct his own Fast and Furious, repeating the movie phrases, "It's about family!", "Look at the hotshot rookie!", "It doesn't matter what's under the hood, the only thing that matters is who's behind the wheel!", "Ejecto-seat-o Cuz!", "Monicaaaaaaaaa!"....Ok, the last 2 were me. At one point he even tried to change his name to Han. 

As he got older, watching me sim race on Gran Turismo 7 pulled him into his love of cars even deeper. It wasn't long before he was logging his own hours on GT7, The Crew, Forza and even Car Mechanic Simulator, but nothing hooked him quite like Need for Speed: Unbound. The hip-hop infused, graffiti-soaked take on racing culture mesmerized him and I was more than happy to indulge him. Building and Racing rare car specs wasn't just our entertainment, it was our bonding time. Of course his Hot Wheel collection continued to grow in parallel with the garages in his games. The problem was, the popular models were impossible to find locally. At one point I was burning endless hours driving to a mapped out string of Targets and Walmarts just for the CHANCE of finding the models we wanted. The frustration from all those unsuccessful trips became the idea:

There's got to be other dads (and moms) suffering, so build the the store that gets Kai and the collectors the drops they're actually looking for!

And thus Kai's Kollectibles was born: A store build by a collector dad, for other kollectors and parents of future kollectors. We currently carry Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Tarmac Works, Pop Race, Kaido House, Trends Hobby, Spark Model, Almost Real and more! 

Currently, Kai is our 'Product Selection & Playtesting Specialist; and the reason all of this exists. 

Prior to Kai's Kollectibles becoming a reality, we focused on business to business sales of consumer electronics, GPU & PCs. We have hundreds of sales through eBay, Facebook Marketplace and StockX, with a near perfect 5 star record. Whether it's a $12 diecast, a $2000 GPU or $30k in inventory, we know that people want to be confident that they're getting the product they're ordering, so if you have questions or concerns, shoot us an email or chat with us here.

Well, we're based in Sacramento, California but online only at this point right now. 
Prior to to Kai's Kollectibles, we spent years in business-to-business sales - consumer electronics, GPUs, full PC builds, with hundreds of transactions across eBay, Facebook Marketplace and StockX, with a near-perfect 5 star record. Whether it was a $12 diecast, a $2,000 GPU, or $30k in inventory, we learned the same lesson every time: people want to know they're actually getting what they ordered. That's the standard we hold every order to here.
We source our models either direct from distributors ( this currently applies to Pop Race, MotorHelix and Spark Model ) or from official/exclusive distributors like M&J Toys, EE Distribution and UPD.
