Pre-Order Policy

What is a pre-order?

• An item marked with “Pre-Order” means that this item is still being made by the manufacturer

Why should I pre-order? 

• In the diecast market, manufacturers like to make enough stock to fit demand instead of sitting on excess for months to years. That 'demand' is gauged by pre-orders. Once stock is out, makers usually do not revisit that model for a long time, if ever. 
• Pre Ordering will secure your item, prevent FOMO and ensure you don't have to pay excess on eBay. 
• Pre-ordering, we will reserve the item for you and ship your order as soon as we receive that model from the manufacturer. 

When will the pre-order ship? 

• We try to ship within the same day that we receive stock. 
• Every product page has an ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) listed. These dates are rough estimates that come directly from the manufacturer and are subject to change. Kai's Kollectibles is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to production or logistics. 
• If there are any major issues or cancellations from the manufacture, you will be notified via refund immediately.

Important pre-order facts: 

• If you combine a PRE-ORDER item with IN-STOCK items, the IN-STOCK items will ship with the PRE-ORDER once it arrives. This is the current work around Shopify not being able to recognize the additional shipping and cost associated. 
• If you would like the in-stock item to ship immediately, please message us with your order # and verify the items you would like shipped. There will be an additional shipping cost associated with each additional shipment. 
• Pre-Orders are all paid in full up front. Once the product arrives, it will ship immediately and you will be notified via email with your tracking information.
• Pre-Orders can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee.  This will be deducted from the amount that you paid and partially refunded.
