How Our Discount Codes Work

We offer discount codes as a genuine thank-you to new subscribers and through select partnerships. These codes are intended for individual collectors making personal purchases - not for resale, bulk acquisition, or gaming the system with multiple signups.

By using a discount code at checkout, you agree to the terms on this page.

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from discount code eligibility and will not receive a discount at checkout even if a valid code is applied:

  • Chase & hype releases: Limited, high-demand, or specially designated items tagged as Chase or Hype
  • Sale items: Products already marked down with a sale price
  • Pre-order deposits: Where noted on the product page

Limitations

  • One Code Per Customer

Discount codes issued through our email signup are limited to one per customer, regardless of how many email addresses are used to sign up. Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to obtain additional codes is a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where multiple codes have been used by the same individual, or where we reasonably determine that signup abuse has occurred.

  • Personal Collecting Use Only

Our discount codes are intended for personal collecting purchases. Orders that suggest resale intent, including unusually large quantities of the same item, fall outside the scope of what these codes are designed for and may be subject to cancellation or discount removal at our discretion.

  • Combination Restrictions

Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of the offer. Only one discount may apply per order.

Order Cancellation Rights

Kai's Kollectibles reserves the right to cancel any order that violates these terms, including but not limited to:

  • Orders placed using codes obtained through multiple email signups
  • Bulk orders of the same item that suggest resale rather than personal collecting
  • Orders where a discount was applied to an excluded item due to a system error

Canceled orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method. We will notify you by email if your order is canceled under this policy.

System Errors

Occasionally, a technical error may allow a discount to apply to an excluded item or allow two discounts to combine incorrectly. These errors do not constitute a valid offer. We reserve the right to correct the order total, issue a shipping invoice for any waived charges, or cancel the order with a full refund if a correction cannot be agreed upon.
